It's quite obvious that Ray wouldn't chose someone based SOLELY on their application. The application is there so that the player that actually wants to become a mod/admin can do it uniformly without harassing existing staff.

It's like this. You can be a really good player in the form of a staff applicant, but without a staff application thread he would have no way of being evaluated.

It's not like Ray would see their post, and go "Okay, good enough for me!" He'd obviously review them in-game or maybe already has in the past.

The reason why the application section was made, was for players who want to apply to be to notify stafff, and get opinions on the players itself,on the forums players will see the application and reply according to theyre opinion and many more variables, with this in mind staff positions will be given from a number of things, player view and opinions of the player at question,Staff view and suggestion on player of questions ,player activity,and many other things we will be looking at.
